We are engaged in custom production of plastic products for a wide range of use.
For plastic molding, we use injection technology, and the processing of individual orders is "tailor-made" for the customer.
We carry out production on the premises of the company using our own technology, which allows us to meet the diverse range of requirements of many customers and bring them personalised solutions.
PRODUCTION RANGE
We have been dealing with the processing of a wide range of plastics since 1999, and in addition to orders for partners in the Czech Republic, we also regularly deliver to many countries in Europe, the USA, Australia, and Africa.We do not only specialize in large-scale production, but also implement orders of a smaller scale according to the customer's wishes (piece production and series of up to 500 pieces):
- pool technology - production and assembly (swimming pool cleaners, regulation and measurement of water vacuum for cleaners, accessories for cleaners)
- glass washer parts for restaurants
- plastic moldings of daily necessities
- parts for the electrical industry, the automotive industry, slaughterhouse technology, sewage technology, parts for wheelchairs, massage tubs
- many other moldings to order according to customer specifications
Press moldsWe store the molds in our warehouse, where we carry out regular professional inspections and appropriate professional maintenance as part of the storage.
PROCESSED MATERIALS
We process the following materials:
PE, PP, PPR, EVA, PS, ABS, PES, SAN, PMMA, PA6, PA6.6, PA 6.12, PC, PC/ABS, PET, PBT, POM, TPE, TPEE, TPU
- Most moldings can also be supplied filled with glass, limestone or talc
- Nucleation agents, blowing agents, UV stabilization, antistatic agents, release agents, ...
- We color plastics according to the needs of the customer using digital dye dispensers according to the RAL or Pantone scales.
- The possibility of carrying out assembly work according to the needs of the customer.

INJECTION PRESSES ENGELOur company uses Engel injection presses for more than 90% of production. Thanks to their technology, which allows even large molds to be inserted into the presses with low ceiling heights, we were able to start production in the limited space of a former cow shed, which we specially renovated for this purpose. We use the heat generated during the injection molding process to heat the hall during the winter.
